Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Iqmax website and the reasoning assessment it provides (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Bogdan Ivashenko (“we”, “us”). For any questions about these Terms, contact us at [email protected].

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 you may only use the Service with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

3. What the Service is (and is not)

Iqmax is an entertainment and self-reflection tool. It presents a set of reasoning questions and returns an estimated, IQ-style score, a percentile, a domain breakdown and a shareable certificate. The result is an estimate calibrated to question difficulty and is not a clinical, norm-referenced, proctored or diagnostic IQ test. It must not be used to make educational, medical, employment, legal or psychological decisions.

4. Your account and data

You do not need an account to take the test. If you provide an email address to receive your result, we store it in order to deliver the result and related follow-up. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on what we collect and how we use it.

5. Payment, delivery and refunds

Unlocking the full report is a one-time payment processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Because the full report is delivered digitally and becomes available immediately after payment, you expressly request and consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law, your statutory right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has begun. If you believe you were charged in error or the Service failed to deliver your report, contact us at [email protected] and we will review refund requests in good faith.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service in a way that violates any law or third-party right; (b) attempt to bypass payment, scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; (c) use automated means to take the assessment or generate results; (d) resell, redistribute or falsely represent results or certificates as coming from a different provider or as being a clinically validated IQ score.

7. Certificate and results

The certificate we issue is a personal memento of the result you produced on our Service. You may share it personally and on social media. You may not present it as an accredited psychometric credential, modify its score, or use it in any deceptive way.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its questions, design, copy, logos, code and imagery, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results are accurate, complete or reliable, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause legal liability or disrupt it for others.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where mandatory consumer law grants you the right to bring a claim in your place of residence.
